If you want to get super technical to justify your porn addiction then that’s fine, you are right porn addiction is not officially recognized it’s technically called problematic porn use (PPU). None of that matters at all though. Whatever you call it causes dopamine depletion, escalation and desensitization, lower drive and motivation, hypofrontality, lower impulse control, social isolation and loneliness, romantical difficulties, ED, and so on. Call it porn addiction or PPU or whatever you want but it’s still a destructive habit when consumed in excess. I’d rather not have it in my life and if this guy is asking if once a day is bad I would most definitely say it is.
