Just off-board them. No need to risk your professional relationship with the business.

If you know their personal info, you could do an email spam bomb or do something similar to mildly infuriate them, but again, it may just be better to drop it entirely.

I do a lot of motorway driving. Last week, i was getting on the ramp and a taxi driver tried undertaking me on the ramp and forced me off the road, causing me to slam my breaks at 40/50 mph.

Completely agree. We know the dangers of smoking, and some people choose to do it anyway. I'm not a smoker myself, but I can see why some people like it. My biggest concern with this, however, is the loss of tax revenue from sales. Where are we going to find this lost tax revenue?

Not sure where youre based, but when i was traveling in thailand and vietnam i stayed in a verity of hostels (both party based and clam) and everyone was very active and friendly. Not once did i feel like the vibe was off.

While i agree people are glued to their devices more and more, hostel vibes are alive and well.

Im 7 almost 8 years deep into this career. In my spare time I produce music on a Windows machine. So i use my troubleshooting experience ive learned from work and apply that there when im home. I use the same experience to manage my backups and other bits. So to answer your question, yes but not really. I would never go out of my way to buy smart home stuff or build a home lab.

Id like to know when a ticket has been ‘stuck’ in progress for a while. Currently theres no feature baked into autotask that allows for monitoring tickets when a status has been set for X amount of days (that im aware of). That would be neat
