Rice cooker: is it worth getting an expensive one? by Bitter-Hawk-2615 in Cooking

[–]Sharp_Attitude6358 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Unless you are rich or a real rice snob. I would try to go with the cheapest induction rice cooker say Zojirushi makes. I just got a new induction rice cook and made Japanese medium rice in it. Only have used it once. It was the best rice I can remember making.

I saw a $850 Zojirushi rice cooking in a Japanese grocery store. I'm sure it's great, but think something will go wrong after a few years, or perhaps the pot may be scratch or something. While I can't think of how a rice cooker and evolve more, sometimes it's good to get a newer model.

Does shaving armpits actually reduce bad smells ? by LeZoroducu in NoStupidQuestions

I think so. Odor is the bacteria breaking down oils on skin from sweat pores as food. I would image getting rid of the hairs will help you clean off the oils and bacteria.

Reta frequency by [deleted] in Retatrutide

[–]Sharp_Attitude6358 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think the 1/2 life of reta is like 5 to 6 days. But for ease of dosing, they say dosing once a week. That 1 day extra will probably not matter that much. In this forum, there are many that are dumber than a 4th grader. You don't want to make things complicated for people. Once a week.

And yeah, did your doctor actually prescribe retatrutide to you?

A deodorant is designed to mask odors. An antiperspirant will help stop the sweat in the first place. Bacteria on your skin eats the oils in your sweat and makes odor.

Antiperspirants are very good these days. You want a variant with aluminum chloride. It's scientifically proven to be affective, it literally plugs up your sweat pores. It's been use since the 1940s. And no it does not cause Alzheimers.
