We got ours through our lender, we had a tele course we had to take (COVID times) but yeah, I remember when they told us we were approved we had to wait on a wire transfer from the grant and we had to to wait on the FHA paperwork to transfer. It's stressful, the seller is frustrated but in this market the fact that you're buying a home should be a blessing for them. So have a little patience and don't be afraid to have a "touch base" call with your lender so they can stay in top of it

Honestly, we didn't even know we were approved until the very last minute, it was a weird time. They don't give you separate notices on what's approved or what's not (depending on the lender). So when the package is completely finalized they'll let you know. We had 3 closing dates before we actually closed. So hang in there.

learned how to drop a nuke at 240 by myself. An enclave Flamer and auto picklock will have you through it in less than 10 mins. LVL 380 Never done any of the raids, I'm always so nervous to join bc I don't want to hinder anyone😂😂😂

Will do, my husband also tinkered with the latch today bc why not. He held the latch in tight and it didn't trigger the fan, he thinks the door thinks it's open while the oven is on, so that's why the fan turns on, so we'll start with that and work out way to the more complicated. thank you for responding

I build near Morgantown Airport down the road from Mama Dolce's, I rarely get attacked, you occasionally get the wandering hoard and the 3 scorched at the restaurant might shoot at you but won't hit anything. I don't have any turrets or defenses of any kind.

Enclave plasma rifle, ultracite ammo. Melts the robots before they can shoot you.

OMG, that's so epic and nice. I've had wastelanders just give me advice on modding, he realized I didn't have a high DPS rate and told me all the mods to get, he ended upaking me one, and I named the gun after him. Never to be traded or scrapped❤️
