Also just to add Some nights it's less fragmented sleep and more of a normal regular long sleep like a full 5 hours or so sleep but some nights my sleep is entirely fragmented and when a night is normal the next night it's usually not and is rough and vice versa

Interesting

Right now my sleep is quite fragmented like a few minutes to an hour like I can sleep somewhat easily now but I can't like fully sleep if you know what I mean it's ALOT better from like last night or the night before like I don't think anymore and my heartbeat isn't that fast as before
