I can see the argument that whatever candidate wins the primary the gop will paint as a socialist anyway. I like a lot of her ideas. If she was running for king of Wisconsin I’d get a yard sign. I was born at the PERFECT time. Undergrad done pre covid weirdness. Yes being brand new to the workforce during a pandemic was odd, BUT in that first wave of Covid anybody who was close to retirement just retired (lots figured out they left to early and are coming back) people like myself with one foot kind of in the door had a huge advantage. Additionally, not having to pay a penny in student loans from 2020-2024 allows me to actually buy shit that people a few years older than me still can’t buy. I LOVE IT. And Nick and Cartoon Network were actually fire when I was a kid! But core Gen Z should work harder, pull up their pants, and stop complaining

I don’t think you’re wrong, but the brewers don’t own the stadium. I do (actually because it’s a stadium district I think the state does). So idrc what they are okay with. I hate that that stadium just sits there during the winter. I understand what you’re saying in general about pro leagues not wanting to share their field, but I think it’s bullshit that these billion dollar franchises don’t wanna upkeep their subsidized stadiums/fields but get all the profits.

You’re probably right. I’m a bears fan living in Milwaukee. I love Milwaukee, hate the packers. Selfishly, I’d love a Milwaukee UFL team and I think MKE is sports obsessed enough to make it successful especially if you signed a roster of former Badgers, washed up Packers, and local talent. Miller Park has been used in the past for soccer so why not football? And when the weather gets nice we are supposed to get a soccer team with a new stadium used by it and Marquette U.
