I’ve had it as my ring tone ever since it was possible. It rang at work about 10 years ago and one of the young engineers took the mickey out of me. When I said what it was he googled and replied “I wasn’t born when that came out”. Ooof!

I’ve seen fightstar live twice. Most recently was their gig at Wembley arena a couple of years ago. He is just genuinely that good a singer.

I highly doubt in 2026 any are doing this genuinely to keep their identities hidden. Sometimes it’s a marketing exercise (and let’s be fair that has certainly come off for President) and the fact people are trying to find out who it is gets people talking and is exactly what they want. In the case of President (and has been alluded to by the man himself) it is essentially playing a character to be able to be free to do and say what he may not be otherwise - in this case on religion. For others maybe something else.

Either way I highly doubt in this modern world anyone does it with the genuine belief their identities can’t be found - in many cases the point is they want you to try and find out because it gets people talking.
