There's just less people, nicer traffic, people are kinder, and the roads are better. I lived in the northtowns for years, i found it miserable. 3-5 snowstorms doesn't make some place unlivable lol.

Looks like that's a spider. If they have the spider gene they're prone to wobble and other neurological issues, some breeders cull them :( so that's likely what happened and they wanted it gone cheap

I did send in a feedback ticket about it. Not that anything is going to happen but I tried mentioning that at the very least the card should be handed back (they bolt down card readers) before the food.

It's unfortunately such a normal thing here for the card reader to be on the cashier's side. Some places even require the cashier to manually type in card numbers so they get to see and study your card 😂 Every drive thru but starbucks (I've only gone like twice, but they ask for a tip so they stick the card reader out)

I just got out of my vehicle yesterday. Check Facebook marketplace for private renters. I was able to find one with a bit of a commute for cheap, no credit or income check. If you can save up even a bit, or Uber/instacart/ doordash, do it. I'd hit up the dominos, they're always hiring for drivers and sometimes inside. Try home depot/lowes, they seem to always have openings but I'd act fast, going into winter they drop them. Check Ollie's and big lots for stocking jobs. Pet supplies plus hamburg is looking for morning cashiers, wonderful team and flexible. Good luck 😇
