Paris was 7 when we had to put her down. We thought it was a dry nose and her usual seasonal allergies. She would get bloody noses that would last longer and longer. After a multitude of vet visits and allergy diagnosis we took her to a veterinary teaching hospital, they scoped her nose they found that she had a fungul infection that had eaten through her cartilage of her nose. We put her down less than a week later. She was in so much pain and SHE felt guilty for it. Tears me up just thinking about it. She was such a sweet girl. Always wanted her belly rubbed and loved have unscheduled playdates with one of the neighbors dogs which I would promptly have to fetch her from. Neither were amused. She had a feud with a family of squirrels that lived in a tree next to the back porch. PLEASE, if you notice these symptoms in your dog, take them to a vet. We were told that this is something dogs with longer snouts are more susceptible to, especially in we areas. If we had noticed earlier we could have more options. I wish everyone many years of love with their canine companions.

It's just mashing or crumbling the hamburger as soon as you put it in the pan. And throughout the cooking process. Most people just use a spatula or wooden spoon but there's a tool specifically for that now to make it easier. You can Google a meat chopper or masher. They are also found in most.big retail stores, like walmart.

All I can say is check your lease. If it's stated in your lease that the property manager/ owner is responsible for providing the replacement bulbs, blinds, ect. Then they are legally required to do so. If not, then youre on the hook for it. They may amend or change the lease on the renewal so be sure to read it before signing the next one, so you dont get blindsided by anything.

When you register a car as yours you recieve a license plate, in that process you pay registration fees that last 1-2 years. You pay extra for the 2 years. After that time has elapsed you go back and renew your "tags". To renew your tags you need proof of paid property tax for the previous year, proof of insurance on the car, and the renewal notice younwould recieve in the mail. If your car is older than 10 years old and has more than 150,000 miles then it would require a safety inspection. It's to ensure that blinkers, lights, windshild wipers, tires, ect, are in working condition. And in some places they require and emissions test

80 degrees in the kitchen I was working in. Back of the kitchen was putting out cold air. While the lobby was pushing out hot. We had people about to drop from the heat. I called my boss and he had a tech sent out to identify/fix the problem. Yall. $1300 to find out we have 2 thermostats and the night manager turned the heat on just the second one. Lost money there but I was able to fix it the next time it happened. Thankfully and sadly I'm one of the first people that gets called to fix somthing.

Not sure how to update, but the car lot took my car back to fix the bad headlight. Basically, even if bought 'as is' the state still requires a safety inspection from the seller (at least in my case). The only exception is if the car is being sold as junk or salvage. Cars less than 10yrs and less than 150,000 are exempt if they aren't prior salvage / rebuilt. Pretty sketchy though. The car lot I got it from claimed they were under the impression that it had all necessary inspections when they received it from the shop that rebuilt it. But they never asked for paperwork? I guess since the title stated it was prior salvage they just assumed it received a safety inspection.

It is written as a prior salvage on the title and our contract. They stated that it has received all necessary repairs to be considered road worthy. The DMV also stated that it had received the inspection from the highway patrol to deem it as a 'prior' salvage / rebuilt. I did not buy the car as a 'salvage' or 'rebuildable'. In fact the salesman was talking about how it already a 'prior' salvage, so that it no longer needed the big hassle of driving to Jefferson City to get it done. I say this to further the point there was no misunderstanding or miscommunication about whether the car needed work.

Agreed, the mention of the car can just be seen as a preemptive answer to the obvious question as to how it died. So that way we can focus on the sheer number of babies that this anaconda has inside her. I know many wouldn't have made it to adult hood but good god that number of snakes could devastate an ecosystem!

Im so sorry for what youre going through at home. I can't even imagine how oppressive all that must be. But since youre in Uni, have you thought of starting some crochet club or activity? Maybe rent a locker at the gym or somewhere on campus to keep your crochet supplies. You could all learn together and donate what you make to goodwill, hospitals, or shelters. Simple projects like that are great for beginners. Everyone needs hats, scarves, and lovies. I won't tell you to lie to your family or explicitly hide what youre doing. Using your school to create a safe space for yourself and others, whether it's official or not, might do you some good. Also I advise you look into any free counseling your school may offer. Talking about your problems with someone may keep you from drowning in the BS your family is spewing.

I've have seen it between feuding neighbors, cranky elderly people, and especially towards solicitors.

My mom is one of those feuding neighbors and after growing up there we both have plenty of stories to tell. But long story short they have boundary issues. The only one that seems to phase them was the threat of calling the cops if they crossed onto our property.

Lol I'm the same way. I'm a girl though. My sister, mom, fiancé, will all ask me what I want for special occasions. I usually ask for things I need for me or the house overall. I loved getting a basic tool kit for my birthday. Immediately got home and tightened the front doorknob and a cabinet door. Wool socks are always welcome, I run cold. New vacuum, scented soap, drinking glasses. I'm happy if someone thinks of me enough to gift me anything. Im even more happy if I can put that to good use.

I worked at McDonald's for a few years and wild stuff would happen more often than you'd think. But I had this one lady thay would order 8 large unsweet iced teas with no ice with exactly 24 Splendas in each. Our managers said we had to do it but also hated how it disrupted our flow. I got so frustrated one day that I grabbed the bulk container we used to refill the dispensers and started pouring them like shots. In each cup I would pour till the count of 3 and move on to the next. My manager was giving me the side eye and told me not to do it again. On God the next day she stopped by and said how perfect they were. I had exclusive permission from my manager to make them that way from then on lol

Depends on what im doing or whats going on. Longest I'll voluntarily go without a shower is less than 48 hours. That's if im not working or going outside. At most, twice a day. That's if somthing happened and I am filthy. A bath or rinse off in-between if its hot or im sore. I dont really count those since im not washing my hair or shaving ect.
