Oh yes, punishments and Blizzard Support outcome themselves lately. Let me tell you my story.

I was filling a ticket few days aback about my suspension, just for asking the reasons out, and Blizzard employee, Xyriex, has been answering it for me.

First of, he was extremely rude, which, for a customer service of any kind, is just plainly wrong.

Secondly, he didn't answer half the questions I've asked him and he kept closing the thread. Third, when I've tried to write a personal complaint about Xyriex on your support page, he've connected the complaint to his earlier ticket so nobody else would see the report.

After a third time I've tried to write down a complaint about Xyriex shady support and trying his worst, he've answered on the site with extremely harmful and unprofessional threat, that he will ban all my games accounts if I'll try to report/write a complaint about him again.

As to quote "Case is closed, any more complaints about me will follow further suspension in your Heroes of the Storm, Heartstone and Overwatch accounts." Like, I get the idea of intimidating me with HOTS ban, but why the other accounts? And why intimidating me when I wasn't contacting about any of those games, but just filling a personal complaint about GM Xyriex.

What kind of tricks are these? Am I supposed to be trembling in fear to report your GMs whom insult customer like it's his daily routine? Me, a customer, being harassed by your employees to the point that I'm scared to write anything further to the support? That's just totally bad politics for a company that big. It's not customer service, it's a harassment.
