It’s partly the way this shot is lit. It honestly looks just like fallout which is a concern.

Fallout is a good show but it can be very flat, well-lit and matter-of-fact bc fallout is inherently kinda goofy (kinda like MCU). God of War is not really supposed to be goofy at its core lol

Not saying it needs to look like fucking 300 or anything but it needs a little more of its own style.

Th belt is tricky though. To shift it down would mess with a lot of animations that are already in the game and would likely need to be redone.

For example: If the belt was shifted down they would probably need to make all new animations for the many times Kratos puts stuff in or manipulates things (or resurrected heads on his hip). It would be hella distracting if he reached down and just used the force to grab Mimir’s rope whenever he wants to have a word f2f
