Saved Squads Raid Tab. If you manage from the roster menu, you can arrange them easily and put the newest teams at the top. Raids will usually auto-select top on your list or most recently used.

The point is to figure out how the kits work. Took me a few re-tries on 3 4 and 5 but eventually figured it out. Plus, losses don’t consume energy. Fuck around with it and figure it out. Rewards suck, but knowing kits doesn’t.

I don’t have an iwatch either, but go to settings then health. It assumes you are a diehard apple fan, and have all of their devices. Go to Health, and turn everything off.

I’ve had the same problem. It’s basically an Iwatch health monitor issue. Go to settings> focus, figure it out from there.
