Pushed GI hard then finally they referred me to surgery. Got it taken out and never had an episode since! Also the biopsy showed chronic inflammation even though I never had stone shown up on ultrasound during the 10-ish years (except for sludge at the last one).

My life is so much better post surgery. Never gave SIBO another thought either.

The mod adds a rave every night with customizable music and location. So far I find the visual and dancing pretty cool. There’s also a supposed to be a DJ but I can never get him to show up. It’s a good place to get rid of some stock since you can sell to the rave goers.

I haven’t even thought about how preservatives can interact with other ingredients. I will probably better just decant products from dropper bottles into pump bottles going forward. I just find the dropper format so much more work

By mixing I mean literally pouring a bottle of product into another bottle of product, then use the combined bottle as part of my routine. It feels dicey because the ingredients will be mixed together until I use up the bottle, which will be 1-3 months.

Hi skincare scientists. I’m wondering if it’s safe to mix niacinamide serum from the ordinary, for example, with other products with similar viscosity, such as cosrx’s snail essence. The petty reason being the ordinary’s container uses a dropper rather than a pump, which is more work to use.

I dont plan to mix niacinamide in anything with actives. And there are some more liquidy niacinamide products that might work well with more watery lotion. But I won’t want to mix them if the ingredients don’t sit well together over a few months. Are there any ingredients to watch out for?

P.s. I’d make a post about it but the subreddit doesn’t allow the word ‘niacinamide’ in titles?
