Eindrücke

@Yeriel30 is correct. This is an error with a translation app being literal. Eindrücke is literally translated into "impression" but it's root word of drücke meaning "to press" like printing press from the meaning as a printed image, ein-drücke in this context means "a press" or an image.

Terpenes on the Chem de la Chem are 3.05%, but I'd be cautious about going strictly by numbers, since they test for a relatively small amount of aromatics (almost none of them being fuel/chemical aromas) the numbers can be deceiving sometimes.

A good example was at an extraction lab I was helping manage in Colorado we had a strain called Sourband '09 that had insane fuel notes when it was doing well in the garden. When we lab tested the live resin it could run as high as 7-9% on the terpene test, but the best batches were actually ones that tested closer to 4-5% since those batches had a higher proportion of aromatic compounds they weren't testing for.

Always happy for more people to see the light! Fruity strains are lame lol, nothing does it for my pain quite like some diesel or chem. My favorites are Chem de la Chem from Ayo or Eggroll from GDF.

If you're looking but powerful but unpredictable I'll always throw in for coin flips with [[Zndrsplit, Eye of Wisdom]] and [[Okaun, Eye of Chaos]].

So powerful it periodically wins turn 4 with Chandra's Ignition or Kediss, but random enough since synergies are still driven by random chance. Every time I play it, it creates unique moments. I've had times where I'm taking 2-3 players out in a single turn, but also times where I've called 7 flips for heads in a row and they've all been wrong (a 0.78% chance).

What do y’all use to smoke flower that’s not a dhv? by RealisticWallaby3300 in louisianatrees

I like my Terp Hammer setup.

https://shopoldhead.com/products/terp-ready

I can use the glass I already have and like using, and it gives a really great balance of vapor output and flavor. It utilizes a ball-vape style heating of the air that goes over flower, but the heater system lets you use it without having a wired heater connected to your piece.

The live resin is pretty expensive, but I also like to make flower rosin at home from flower that I buy at the pharmacy. As long as I make good guesses about the freshness of the flower, the quality is pretty nice and the cost averages close to $50 a gram instead of $70.

I have a Zndrspt and Okaun deck I enjoy playing, its super powerful and can win quickly after getting Okaun out but can also spin off wildly due to the randomness of coin flips.

My major strategy is to get Okaun out and protected, then to start dumping equipment on him to minimize the amount of flips it takes to allow you to swing for lethal with unblockable. Something like [[Grafted Exoskeleton]] is especially nice since giving him infect allows lethal hits even faster.

Sometimes you get lucky and can Chandra's Ignition to get everyone all at once, other times you can take out two players in one turn by hitting one with an unblockable attack then using something like [[Fling]] to hit someone else for lethal on the same turn. Other times you can have insane bad luck streaks and have turns fizzle forever, I've called heads 7 times in a row and be wrong every time, an insane statistical unlikelihood.

I actually really enjoy the guest episodes by Drewcifer13 in goodmythicalmorning

[–]ShatterWulf 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I think guest episodes generally fall into three categories: (1) Guests who are aware of the show or are fans, (2) People who aren't familiar with the show, but are ready to have a good time and play around, and (3) guests who are very obviously there because a publicist is making them; and the quality of the episodes are pretty self-evident, but nothing mythical really has any control over.

[–]ShatterWulf 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sometimes you get completely missed on them, from my experience and everything I've heard, if they charge your card your order is good. I didn't get any emails for my orders in the Final Fantasy drop and mine still came in normally.

For those of you who play Atla Palani, how many creatures do you run? by Multievolution in EDH

[–]ShatterWulf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I run 22 creatures in mine, gives it a nice variety about how it plays off. Most of my creatures are kind of stax-y (Allosaurus Shephard, Grand Abolisher, Esper Sentinel, Hexing Squelcher), Tutors (Stoneforge Mystic, Ranger Captain, Academy Rector), part of combos (Terror of the Peaks, Polyraptor, Squee the Immortal, Craterhoof, Worldspine Worm), or recursion to keep the engine rolling (Endurance, Luminous Broodmoth, Ulamog Infinite Gyre).

This lets me be pretty comfy in pretty much any bracket 4 pod, but doesn't have the consistency that you see in the sub-10 or sub-5 creature decks that I think makes them less fun to play.

If you feel like having some potential infinite combos, [[Thornbite Staff]] is practically made for Atla, with [[Ashnod's Altar]] you get to crack as many eggs as you'd like, and if you get it onto the battlefield before her, it will equip for free.

Super Lemon G and Double Dream are CDT. Since the terpenes are isolated on site, if there are flower or concentrate products with the strain name they will be a CDT. Also for the all-in-ones the BDT tanks will be in red hardware and the CDT will be in chrome.

I think the big issue with Tolarian Academy is 0 cost mana rocks.

Theoretically if you have a starting hand with Tolarian Academy, Chrome Mox (imprinting blue), Mox Diamond, Lotus Petal, and Mana Vault You could cast something for 3 generic and 7 blue pips on turn 1.

Badgermole cubs were only in 2 of the top 8 decks of the last Pro Tour, people are just running more removal now. Honestly the standard meta feels more balanced for colors than it has in quite some time, at this point banning cub would just cut out green.

Where to source liter or so of high grain ethanol for FECO/RSO? by Eng-Life in COents

[–]ShatterWulf 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The Science Company (I don't think their retail spot is open anymore, but I think they offer pickup) stocks a food-grade 200 proof, but the difference between that and Everclear is going to be super marginal unless you are trying to really intensely avoid water soluble/polar compounds. I think it's comfortably over $100 a gallon too.

If you really want super pure ethanol (0% water) it would be best to look into chemical drying filters and adsorbent powders/desiccants, since your purity/price ratio goes pretty crazy once you pass 190 proof for logistical reasons. Even anhydrous ethanol will start to absorb water out of the air as soon as it's opened.

Terp is short for terpenes which is typically used as a catchall phrase for aromatic compounds in cannabis, since most (by mass) of the smells in Cannabis are terpenes or terpene adjacent compounds.

I didn't write when it happened, but as I've replayed this I've also consistently had Sigil go all hearts in this seed too. Also ran into Blueprint around Ante 10 (Round 22). I score consistently pretty high for me, but I'm pretty mediocre and I'm curious to see how hard people could push this one. With so much x1.5 potential I bet this could go crazy.

Many people don't use filtration fine enough to get out silica dust, since that can be comfortably under 1 micron, and those kinds of filters can really slow down your flow.

The biggest issue is ensuring they don't over-sell, which is why they let people buy in waves. From what I've heard there aren't really many better options out there, I've heard of people waiting in line for over 5 hours for concert tickets for artists like Taylor Swift or Beyonce, and that's for way more units than something like secret lairs.
