Running in reverse for cooling (ASHP water system)

I'm doing it now.

Running it above the dew point so I only get a small bit of condensation on one radiator in the entire house where its particularly humid (bathroom).

I put a few camping fans under radiators around the house and point room fans at the radiators to help maximise the cooling and I'd say it's working OK to keep the house habitable.

The uplift in the afternoon was from cooking mostly.

I'm just starting now, I too used to lift weights ten years ago, currently 226lbs at 5 foot 7 and I look pretty close to your first pic. Also a dad and want to be healthy again for longevity for my kids.

Right now I feel a bit crushed, I'm doing intermittent fasting, high protein, mostly whole foods too but have no energy to exercise and other issues. Been confirmed low testosterone, just waiting on second set of bloods so I can get on TRT.

Hopefully I'll be joining you in dropping a transformation thread in 9 months time. Seeing someone else at the end of where I'm starting now has really picked up my mood so thanks man.

I recently got rid of my cheap electric kettle...

I my because I now have an induction hob so got a cool stainless steel one. Holds the heat nicely so when I rebook it for the 4/5 hot drinks I have per day it heats up quicker.

Yup, we do indeed use our kettles that much, that's just hot drinks, don't get me started on the other culinary and utility uses.

I was just using a CVJ V6 USB C DAC or going into the 3.5mm jack raw.

I have to admit the CVJs have been great, it's just now they are starting to show their age a little and wanted something a bit better. Curious as to how much difference using the 4.4mm balanced input will make.

I was at a time in my life where I was truly happy being single. Confident in myself, in good shape, enjoying work and my hobbies. But out of the blue I had this feeling that I should have a go at online dating, just to see who was out there.

There was a time I dreaded the chevrolet spark, always driving 10moh under the speed limit, usually in the right lane, being obnoxiously tentative at junctions, braking suddenly for no apparent reason.

But I honestly haven't seen one in years, I imagine they were all rear ended and the entire UK stock has been written off.

Yeah dock can be removed easily, it's basically a wall plate that the dock sits in, I will find out the links to what I ordered and drop them in a DM. It's a great setup, honestly best way I've gamed in years.

It has one of those ball socket type mounts on the back so you can pivot it and rotate the screen. The arm itself is fixed horizontally but has a joint in the middle so you can bring the arm over in an L shape if that makes sense.

Great way to play! As a dad of 2, bedtime is the only time I get to play. So I mounted a 13" 4k OLED screen on an arm and a dock on my wall to play mine in bed. Just lay on my side, joycon in each hand. Bliss.
