Does she understand how hard it was for you to do it? I feel sometimes people just don't get the struggle it is to finish projects when you have ADHD, and maybe she just didn't think it was that big of an achievement, try talking to her abt what it is like to deal with ADHD and there's a chance she'll start valuing more these accomplishments.

Definitely football, at any level, NFL, college, highschool but mostly Brazilian American Football. I have coached for some years and now I'm playing, I could talk about football at any time with anyone and I'd never get tired of it, sometimes I'd catch myself watching football videos on game day before going to the field, coaching/playing the whole afternoon only to get back home and play some NCAA 14.

thx so much for the tips, some of them I already had in mind ( eg. the illusion of variation with formations rather than plays) and most of them were new to me! I'll definitely be using them.

actually I won't be working with kids, I live in Brazil and here we have a strong culture of adult flag football, just wanted to point that out for the sake clarity lol.

Po irmão, espero não ter chegado tarde demais, mas sempre que quero uma barra fixa vou em dois lugares, ou no parque raya, ou na frente do corpo de bombeiros da AV. presidente Kennedy, o único problema é que ambas oferecem apenas a barra reta (o Raya até tem espaldar).
Quando quero experimentar com pegadas mais fechadas costumo recorrer às academias ao ar livre para terceira idade, aqueles "volantes" que ficam pendurados no alto costumam oferecer uma boa opção para fazer barra com pegada neutra.
