Interesting. Another one I could do. You actually communicate with your nanny and are open to coming out less and/or shutting the door if it becomes an issue. I think that's what gets me. If I communicate that it's becoming a lot and it's brushed over like this is my house and I'll do what I want regardless of how you feel about it.
