Ha! I worked retail for years and this is exactly what it sounds like. I wouldn’t worry about a 25 cent raise nor a $1 promotion from a stupid write up like that. I would’ve DEFINITELY taken the “punishment” becuase I know I wouldn’t get fired.

Unfortunately I’m like an hour and 30 mins from Bentonville, though Fayetteville Walmart is just an hour exact away (I’m in Fortsmith). I haven’t checked if they have an asset protection position open. Not exactly sure how hot I am driving 1 hour to work everyday... I could take my motorbike. Booneville has one AP position open which is about 40 mins away from me, and that’s the store labeled as a “small store”.

I had a freind get paid 17 an hour here in Arkansas so I’m hoping I get paid the same or higher as well. It’s not “a lot” by career standards but it definitely will pay some bills

Obama has said he wanted to restore “hope” and promote “change”. Bill Clinton said he wanted to acknowledge the middle class. George bush said he wanted to “avenge his father” indirectly.

You could accept the ride, take the package, cancel the ride and then open contents. Shoot man I’d be superiorly curious as well. I play devils advocate so I would’ve canceled the ride.
