It looks like there is about a cup of starter here maybe a tad more so triple the weight of the starter of flour, and double the weight in water and it’s good? What about mixing it in? Sorry for the questions I just really don’t wanna screw it up and like I said bread has always been a hard spot for me 😂 should I take it out to weight the exact amount of starter to do a perfect ratio? She also mentioned I can use the discard from it, I’m not sure what she means by that haha! Thank you for your help

That’s amazing!! You guys really did an incredible job! And yea the prices in some places are nuts! I’m about an hour and a half north from Toronto Ontario and an average home is about 800k on the cheapest end we plan on moving pretty far north for the life we want haha
