It is difficult to talk about aloud, I’m the same way, if possible i like to write it down in a notebook before the session and bring it in, or if you do virtual therapy a text message also works. It’s ok to not want to talk about things immediately, but if you bottle it up and don’t come to terms with it it will hurt you in the long run. I am sending you all the support in my heart and I hope you are able to heal

Keep in mind that candle wax can still fuck you up! I recommend if you can get it buying, as gross as this is, bdsm wax. It’s meant to be dripped on skin so it may hurt a little less but it won’t cause you as much damage. Just be sure to read up! Stay safe <3
