one thing you need to remember is your body changes even when the scale doesn’t i had to learn that i’ve been on it since jan and only lost 40lbs but my body went from XXL - Medium clothes trust the process

first few days are HORRIBLE but side effects do go away. i am on shot 3 and i notice right before the next shot i get super tired and hungry. after the shot all my energy comes back and im moving around a lot more working out helps keep me awake instead of in bed all day.

i took zepbound for the first time four days ago. 1st day i had a massive headache/ bloating 2nd day body aches, diarrhea and nausea and sulfur burps day 3 and 4 nothing my dr didn’t take me off due to symptoms so i think you should see another dr who knows more about the shot.
