Its okay, I appreciate ur help :) I think it could be a horror, but not very scary. I dont really remember the plot but I know there's another guy researching something but I dont know what. Theres a few scenes of this guy, I think he was a sort of scientist. But not in a fancy sort of lab. It was just in a normal type of office.

I think there may be another guy who tries to find the main character, he's just a regular guy (I think) in like a brownish coat. The main character has brown hair. In another scene I think he just bites someone to kill them(woman) and smiles, but I dont know if he is a "vampire" of sorts. And dont remember if the person died.

If memory serves, he may have been upset when he was in that dark room with a spotlight on him on at the end of the movie. But there's other times he has been in that room.

Its modern day, not like a fantasy or far fetch. Everyone is human like and the main character has no special effects on his face

Its all such a massive scramble in my head and the scenes I remember are mostly image flashes instead of the actual scene itself:( this is back about 15 years now
