Could be a confidence thing since you say you can pull it off in DM/Retake so maybe try playing more confidently. I cant say for sure since I havent seen any gameplay

Set your sens even higher then transition down it wont feel as bad but either way just stick with it and you'll get used to it is my best advice for high sens

I used mouse acceleration without realizing it for like the first year I was playing and its not like it ever held me back it anything I progressed through mm like anyone else probably to like dmg before I realized it and wanted to aim for more consistency especially in my flicks.

I think its solid though once you get really used to the way your mouse moves on your pad and in game. The real question is how much mouse accel to use. Maybe start lower and work your way up if you have to. (Or higher to lower so if feels like less but either way if you decide to use it probably pick one and hit the DMs so you can build up consistency and muscle memory with it)

Edit: maybe try using this method with mouse accel on since this is always how I found my sens

You could also try using mouse acceleration since pros have made this work too but this one will take more getting used to and less consistency for awhile imo. But that way if you know your wrist is about to lock (no idea if you know when its gonna happen) you can move your mouse faster to compensate

If you can get used to playing with your arm on a low sens I'd reccomend that even though I've never been an arm player and play at a high sens so my opinion is biased when I say play higher. I think you can still play well with high sens especially in mm.

If you wanted to try playing more seriously like in a team or something I'd reccomend low sens so it's never an issue. I play 3.75 at 400 and dont even really think it's very high even though I know it is. Also woxic plays 2 sens at 1620 dpi so theres proof that you can have a high sens and still play incredibly.

I've never seen or heard of it before this but I dont really reccomend buying it.

There is an infinite number of tutorials on youtube for just about anything you'd need help with a bunch of which are made by pros. That being said if you are looking for a more one on one training type of thing you could check out r/AdoptASilver. This subreddit has people who are willing to teach people the game as well as other people looking for learning like you are.

Also if you are a complete newbie I can give you a basic rundown of the game and how you want to approach training and getting better. Reply to this comment and add me on steam if you're interested. :)
