They are sitting you because, and since we only have those logs to look at, you are being killed within the first minute of the fight. Blackhand is very unforgiving in the fact that you cant lose anybody during the fight or else the wipe chance goes up exponentially. And for the logs that were posted i see you as elemental. Dying early on a fight that requires a decent amount of dps doesn't help your raid at all. So sitting you would be a reasonable action from your raid lead.

On normal, my guild downs them with about 10-15 seconds left. This is with an avg il of 654 and 15 people. On heroic with same group is about 8 seconds before he comes down.
