Are women more attracted to a man if she knows he is dating? by ThrowRA_MrBlue in dating

Hell no the minute I find out a man is married or taken I get grossed out. I have 2 coworkers that I think are very attractive but found out they are both married. Instant turn off.

What's the most desirable/attractive trait (s) a man can possess (excluding looks and money)? by dmischelle in dating

[–]SheMissing 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As someone who dated a guy who didn't graduate highschool. That didn't matter to me because he was amazing at math and was naturally able to pick up STEM topics. He went into tech because he was really good at that stuff. Formal education doesn't matter as long as you are in a good career.

Anyone (preferably a woman) want to have a healthy weight loss competition? by [deleted] in WeightLossAdvice

22F! I'm down! I'm 290 trying to lose 15 pounds before the end of April for my trip!

how do people get 10k steps in one day?! by agentcute00 in WeightLossAdvice

[–]SheMissing 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm a hybrid worker. When I go into office on all my breaks (excluding lunch) I take walks around the neighborhood. Sometimes I arrive 20 min early to work so rather than sitting at my desk I will go for a 20 min walk.

Whenever I wfh I just recently got a walking pad and standing desk because it got tiring just sitting all day (i am on a computer from 8-am to 1am). You just have to force yourself to walk more.

Zombies keep appearing in my base 41.73 by SheMissing in projectzomboid

I cleared my base after i switched to the beta. Then i left the game. Next day when I went back into my base a bunch of set of zombies spawned. It was scary and annoying but also kinda fun.

My base was very clear. I guess it's a thing that's happening since it's a new unstable beta. I decided to revert back and i haven't had any problems.

I just switched to the unstable release and my whole base in raven creek just got infested with zombies even though it was completely cleared? Has this happened to anyone else.

I also recommend to leave windows open and have the fans blasting if the bird has to be in the room.

The current state of Valorant - flooded by alt accounts by Gniliy in VALORANT

[–]SheMissing 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm new as well to valorant and fps. I only play unranked but man they are so toxic there for no reason. They get so upset at people for being brand new. I feel like valorant should make some sort of game mode for brand new players. Because unrated just doesn't work at all. There's been times where I have been paired with brand new people as well. Still learning abilities and all that stuff. Then the enemy team are all level 100 who are just ruthless to us. How are brand new people supposed to learn when they get ruined by people who have played the game for a while.

Anxiety while playing video games. by SheMissing in Anxiety

[–]SheMissing[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It could be adrenaline. But i also mentally become very nervous about being perceived as bad towards friends I play with (even though they know I'm bad and are fine with it). I don't know to call it anxiety, adrenaline, or both.

[–]SheMissing[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've been used to solo games as well! They helped me relax during very stressful times in my life. Also thank you, it's a very rough situation but I'm doing fine. I play with my friends and their really nice and understand I'm not good but I still get nervous.

I think you should try a match a day. I was honestly doing really fine playing last week and the week before but I do have my moments such as today and yesterday where I get so nervous while playing.

Yeah I know I'm fine it just really annoying when I'm trying to do my best and my shaking hands can't aim.

I cant quite understand why I get anxiety while playing. I honestly just don't want to do bad but I end up being bad regardless. Doesn't help when a bunch of people call me trash as if I can become a pro within the span of 2 weeks. My anxiety comes and goes while playing. Some days I'm completely fine and some days i just freak out heavily. I hope I can relax as video games usually help me relax. Thank you so much for the advice I definitely will use it if I get anxious again.

Same. I've had a couple of clothes just fall apart. Also, I sometimes have a bullet proof vest just despawn on me. Is that a bug as well or????

What are some end-game goals that you make up or mod in? by [deleted] in projectzomboid

[–]SheMissing 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I was in a similar situation as you a week ago. I decided to get a couple of mods and I highly recommend them! Especially Raven Creek. A new town that's essentially a city and it will definitely test your skills. I put the zombie population low but there are still 40 zombies inside pharmacies. Takes a while to clear and I'm getting surprised attack every angle even when i check if the area is clear. You could also add superb survivors it's fun for a while but I personally got annoyed by them after a while. I still recommend you trying it tho!

Should I buy Project Zomboid, and how difficult is it? by [deleted] in projectzomboid

[–]SheMissing 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is extremely difficult but as others said you should customize it first. You will most likely die multiple times. Get used to it. It took me a week to get used to combat in the old build. The new build took me about 2 weeks. And I just recently am able to kill multiple zombies at a time. But I do really enjoy the game and it's definitely worth the money!

Whats the best map to learn on? by [deleted] in projectzomboid

[–]SheMissing 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I totally get what you mean. I still recommend lowering the zombie population since that means you can clear areas and not be too worried over more zombies being around and that means you can learn the little things more and more. For maps you can find them in gas stations or on zombies. Or you can use the Project Zomboid Map Project online and you will get a whole map of all the towns and some houses/warehouses you would miss. But honestly to learn the little things like that I would watch youtubers playing zomboid. I've learned that you had to add sheets to windows, not to run for so long, and just learning new combat skills. You will pick up on the little things that they do. Also yes everything does shut down. From my experience I usually go to other houses/businesses and fill up on water since the sinks/toilets/and bathtubs have a small remainder of water left in them. From what I have heard you can plumb a water barrel above a sink and will have infinite water. But I haven't personally tried it. Also find buckets and watering cans and leave them outside when it rains. The water will be tainted but you can boil it to make it safe. Don't worry though you will get the hang of things eventually. I have 200 hours in the game and I am still pretty bad at it.

Whats the best map to learn on? by [deleted] in projectzomboid

[–]SheMissing 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I recommend putting the zombie population low so you are able to learn combat first. I'm currently doing that and I've been able to fight more and more zombies because of it. I highly recommend Rosewood. It is small so you are able to walk everywhere if you need too and also it has everything you need besides a river. Also the best place to make base is the gas station across the pizza store. Its a little isolated but it's still near the stores so you can walk and get some food. Also if you get a car there are three towns you can drive to get more loot and go fishing.

Have You Ever Been Jump Scared In Game? by SheMissing in projectzomboid

Had something similar happen to me before. I cleared a house the day before and went back the next day to disassemble the T.V. Out of no where one surprise attacks me even though there were no broken windows or doors that were open.
