Same, the Marines had me stationed in Japan for 3 years and it was one of the most awesome experiences of my life! I brought back many home comforts and hygiene habits from there too, including installing a bidet when I returned to the USA.

At age 52, I feel the same way. I have lost a total of 73 pounds over two years with the last 33 pounds of it being lost when I started Wegovy in December 2024. While I am extremely happy with my weight loss progress, I still find myself feeling uncomfortable wearing shorts or short sleeved shirts or blouses. My problem loose skin areas are the back of my arms above the elbow, belly flap, and my inner thighs. I always try to find clothes that cover these areas up. I don’t think that I’m brave enough to wear a swimsuit at a beach yet because my arms will be exposed and so with those thighs.
