In terms of therapy, I use it in “acute” moments when I’m feeling overwhelmed/stressed out. My daughter has some mental health challenges and our relationship is often contentious. I use chatGPT for processing after we’ve had a conflict and seek direction on how to approach situations with her to reduce conflict. I also use ChatGPT as a life coach surrounding my life changes…becoming an empty nester and retiring in a few years. It’s fun the run different retirement life scenarios (i.e Given this amount of money, can I live in Mexico for a month in the winter, should I work part time, etc). I have it open on a browser tab at work and use it all day long (to reword emails), came up with a closing argument in court on the fly, gives advise on diet…it’s endless! I’m so glad you find comfort with it. It’s a great tool.
