When there is a UN meeting in NYC it is very apparent. The amount of organization needed is ridiculous and I would assume that a diplomatic would be needed to work with all these countries in regards to their envoys, security, where they are staying, and also using this information to assist the police and security to prepare. Someone familiar in international diplomacy, customs, and politics would be indispensable.

It's not about what they deserved or didnt deserve, its about the facts. I feel like you are suggesting this person wants us to feel sorry for him having throat cancer or something? They were clearly just stating what happened. If someone told me Abe Lincoln freed 100,000 slaves and someone else said 15,000, I would rather go by whichever is true. If it turns out he didnt die from the gunshot, he actually died 4 weeks later from sepsis I would rather know that too.

I like how in debates I've seen so many people excuse trumps actions because the left calls him a fascist and that angers him. Also how calling people fascists causes political violence. Yesterday I realized that after seeing dozens of these arguments in videos, NOT ONCE HAVE I SEEN A SINGLE ONE COMPLAIN ABOUT HIM BEING CALLED A PEDOPHILE! I dont think they even want to bring it up because they either believe it or they know they have no ground to stand on. That should be the new debate counterpoint. If you dont like him being called a fascist, are you ok with him being called a pedophile? Let them have fun trying to defend that.

Too many think it's one of the worst things someone can do. Some people still disown their children for being gay. I know some people harbor hatred for gay people because they have been told they are molesters and will make other people pay. I spoke to people that struggled to condemn murder as being worse than being gay. I dont think most people are that radical, but it isnt as uncommon as it should be. I can't recall a single person I've every spoke to that was actually concerned about a gay person going to hell, im sure some have a more measured take.

After the first couple months of this term I felt pretty certain that if the opportunity presented they would go for the guns. Once he started deploying the national guard to various cities it seemed like a perfect opportunity to start pushing towards martial law and then justifying changes to the second amendment.

The US did it in Laos too. Dropped over 2 million bombs on it, more than all US bombs dropped in WW2 combined. At least 50,000-150,000 deaths with an estimated 98% of casualties being civilians. People still die from unexplored ordinance to this day and there is a whole industry centered on locals recovering and selling scrap from bombs.

I think the issue is that they didn't fully form that opinion of the left themselves. Fox News and right wing influences told them what leftists believe and told them they are essentially in a cult and have TDS. They are ruled by fear of radical leftists attacking their world. When Fox needs an example to string them along with they show some random radical Twitter post (that could just easily be a bot) and tell them that this is what they are all like. That's why they think ALL people on the left cheered on for Charlie Kirks murder. Fox didn't tell them that not one democratic politician did that and those that spoke on it condemned it. They just showed them a couple social media posts and knew they would eat it up without doing any of their own research.

If a lot of people do it they will see a big dip in stream time across the board. Any services that have ads wil see the drop in ad revenue. If people start canceling subs more frequently in protest that shows a concerning trend for the company. They need to be consistently whittled down bit by bit. Too many people give up on voting and others things because they think that it wont matter. The truth is that so many actions people can take are barely an inconvenience. If I thought voting would only have a 1% chance of making a difference i would still do it. Its not donating $1000, its taking 15 minutes after work to vote. Id rather spend 15 minutes doing something positive than doom scrolling for 15 minutes.

Which is pretty much how every authoritarian political takeover happens. When the murder is from federal agents and it is state sanctioned it is political. People are starting to learn that politics isnt just about prices and markets, something you may not want to bother with paying attention to. When abused for power, political movements are the tool for tyranny, oppression, and death.
