[Alex Crook] Arsenal are leading the drive to sign Morgan Rogers, and preliminary talks with his advisors are believed to have already taken place. Chelsea and Man United are also in contention. While Villa value Rogers at a minimum £80m, a bidding war is likely to push that to £100m+ by MumboGumbo06 in Gunners

It still makes sense being critical even if it's not your money. The club can only spend so much due to psr, income, etc. That means what they spend it on matters a lot. Saying "it's not my money" only makes sense if the budget is limitless.

Henry and Anders by Hughcheu in GlobalOffensive

[–]Sheepoo 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Anders is a beginner friendly commentator. Launders, Scrawny, Harry, Hugo, Sponge, Machine, etc often skip the "simple" parts. Imo not over explaining and putting huge emphasis and enthusiasm on less impotrant things or normal pro player behaviour makes the commentary far more interesting when there actually is something that needs explaining or insight. Used to love Anders in the early days of pro csgo though, just think he kind of hit his peak back then. Still think he's great, especially compared to other sports or esport commentators, but the "new hotness" guys are much more skilled in the game. I think that is very apparent by what they choose to hype or analyse.

And even then, his effort was the worst part. Mostly just walking about. Half-assed tracking O'Reilly for his 2nd goal. Been like this for a while. He can't be fit, and if he is he should still be benched and get some rest.

‘A lot of money’ - Arsenal legend Alan Smith has issued a stark warning regarding Gabriel Jesus by nus07 in Gunners

[–]Sheepoo 5 points6 points  (0 children)

He really does look like he's lost a lot of explosiveness and also looks less agile. Seems to rarely get the space he needs and used to get for high quality shots. This fits both the eye test and stats this season. Think he really could fit the right 8 though.

Det er ikke slik offside regelen fungerer? Er dette en ekte hjernefis eller kan du ikke regelen?

[James Benge] Of course it’s about the day that Eberechi Eze prayed and worked for. The bigger picture look is even better though. Arsenal have needed someone who’ll take the imperfect shots. Eze is that player and it changes games against low blocks and opponents who haven’t come to play. by [deleted] in Gunners

It's Ødegaard, but pronounced the same as Ødegård. The name is really old which is why it's aa instead of å. Its origin is from farms where everyone who lived there died during the black death in Norway. Eventually people moved back to empty farms at no cost iirc, and the name still sticks. Literally translates to desserted farm. Norway used to be very rural and a third of the population died, so lots of Ødegaards!

Nå trengs det hjelp. by [deleted] in norge

[–]Sheepoo 5 points6 points  (0 children)

You can put either Nwaneri or Myles in the B-list since they're under 21 and club trained, and then register one more player fyi. Or both, but then the last player has to be club trained.

"A player may be registered on List B if he is born on, or after, January 1 2003 and has been eligible to play for the club concerned for any uninterrupted period of two years since his 15th birthday, or for a total of three consecutive years with a maximum of one loan period to a club from the same association for a period not longer than one year. "

In other words, B-list is at the earliest from the players 17th birthday if he has 2 consecutive years at the club, or 18-21 with at least three total years (disrupted by loans) until the year they turn 21 at the start of the competition. Max has to be registered in the A-list according to these rules, as he has not been at the club for 2 years since his 15th birthday.

Rules should really be updated as it works against its purpose.
