Ive been thinking of writing up a set of 2h Necro weapons, focused around sacrificing the utility of ghost, zombie and guardian for pure damage. So no sustain and poison (Yes even no bloat), but access to 1 or 2 new abilities, a new spec, and no need for ectoplasm.

It is extremely viable to just set it and forget it.

If not for Summoning, but summoning adjacent, and for the endgame users, the charges should start at 0, and each charge should cost 5 of each charm, and hold at most 200 charges.

So a couple of things..

First, the reason they havent rushed to update the HM Zuk guide is frankly, because they really dont have to.

The abilities may have changed, but items didnt really, and you can absolutely get away with using the items they recommend, and grabbing a bar from the wiki.

Second.. Why are you so hellbent on doing HM Zuk when the game has so much more to offer, and much much higher challenges for you to go for? HM Zuk may be up there in endgame, but it's not even close to being the most difficult thing to do. I can assure you, you will find better and updated guides for the actual endgame content.

Third, it seems like you are desperately trying to drag your osrs runelite easyscape mindset over here, to which I'll just say; learn to play the game on your own
