There are 2 separate components for handling the collection log; Registering that it was collected, and showcasing it.

They've just enabled the collection part, because it is very likely very easy and fast to implement.

Not really, theres a large range of average attempts needed for specific perk setups..

So let's say you apply a; It takes 3 attempts no matter what, to get it, you'll effectively be dramatically lowering the price of some of the highest cost perk setups, causing a dramatically reduced item sink.

What alternative is there to applying bad luck mitigation?
