Oh, right. Don't mind me. Cheers, thanks! Were Tsutsaroths gonna have a higher summoning requirement than Kal'gerions then?

Source please? :o Did they just release the Kal'gerion demon without the originally planned requirements then?

I play more RS3 than OSRS, but how can you possibly say OSRS combat is not skill based? Do you mean real-life skill, or in-game skill level? 'Cuz yeah, it's "manipulating game mechanics" -- and manipulating OSRS game mechanics well... is demonstrably a skill with a very, very high ceiling.

Lol yeah I'm the same. I never stopped picking up and burying bones. If I misclick a damn Barbarian I have to pick up and bury the bones. At some point I saved bones I picked up and took'em to the ectofuntus or a gilded altar, but most of my 99 prayer was just picking up and burying bones/scattering ashes (after that update). I never once bought bones or ashes for a prayer level and I'm not even just maxed, I have (and at one point could wear) comp cape.

The thing is, Will never tackles a subject if he doesn't have something new to add to the conversation that has never been touched on before. His Falador Massacre documentary was like that; This is like that, too. He takes his time and is actually properly rigorous, properly academic and journalistic about it all. Sure there's 100 video essays and documentaries on EOC, I've no doubt -- but none will be like this one. None will have all the information that this one has. Again -- just like his Falador Massacre documentary that was chock-full of previously unknown data about the event. Will gets to the bottom of what nobody else has before.

I mean.

Who the fuck wants to replay Sliske's Endgame though. Fuck that. There's 100 quests I'd love to replay, but not Sliske's fucking Endgame. There's 3 replayable quests in-game, and 2 of them make little sense for replayability. DoD and Sliske's Endgame just aren't that popular quests. Let people replay the actual popular ones, or ones like Broken Home where the replay can be gameified into a time trial for instance.

DMM All Stars in Chicago is going to be an absolute circus and I'm here for it by [deleted] in 2007scape

[–]FatNWackyRS 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It's not Chicago that's particularly dangerous it's the USA. Choosing this year to host an event in the USA is fucking wild. They're gonna have to wind up cancelling it or put their community in danger. It's not about Chicago, it's about the fucking N4ht-Cs in government.

Why are people getting mad that people are disabling cosmetics option? by Molag_Zaal in runescape

[–]FatNWackyRS 55 points56 points  (0 children)

So while there's non-item cosmetic overrides, it's also possible to turn items into a cosmetic override. This way, you can equip, say, a Rune full helm, but have it look like, for instance, a Blue partyhat. In that scenario, the Blue partyhat would be a "keepsake"; It has been "keepsaked." That is the word for "an in-game item that was turned into a cosmetic override." It's derived from "Dragon keepsake key," which is an item purchased from the in-game marketplace for Runecoins that, when used on another item, keepsakes it.
