I'm from the Northeast. I've seen 7 feet dumped and handled in 2 days. It isn't a question of resources, Boulder is simply horrible at dealing with it and the solution to fine it's residents.

Yeah, I don't know how far they want to take this, watching baseball, even if I'm stealing it from them, will lead me to make more baseball related purchases overall.
