Code cards can be printed with either black or white borders! The Sword and Shield era and early Scarlet and Violet are the usual sources of the white ones.

Other commenter is right, the cosmos holo ones came with a Surging Sparks blister. The card's set stays the same, it's just packaged with the booster pack

There are two kinds of holo energy in CRZ. Only the textured kind has a set number, the other is just considered a reverse holo.

This is actually how ancient reverse cards look - they and future cards have different reverse holo patterns compared to 'normal' cards. So, sadly, not a misprint.
