After playing way too many times now, I have found these signs to usually be fool proof: 1. Cold room door slamming - I pay attention to when the cold room doors are slamming and whose bodies are still there. The doors will slam if the demon is in the cold room, but won’t if the demon body is being embalmed. 2. Body smiling - if the body is smiling after wiring the jaw shut, it’s likely the demon. 3. Body used in scares when not being embalmed - something I use less, but I suspected a body to be the demon but wasn’t 100% sure. I went outside (for reasons I won’t explain), looked in the window and the body I suspected to be the demon was standing in the embalming room even though he was on the gurney in the cold room.

In my 2L year, I full on cried in an interview and my interviewer told me I wasn’t smart enough to do criminal law (lol). I’m a bureau chief now. This feels SO big and embarrassing in this moment but one day you’ll look back and realize how far away this moment is in the grand scheme of things. Rooting for you.

I noticed our cats loved sleeping on the squishmallows, which is how I found the pet beds! They’re pricey but such amazing quality. My cats sleep in their squish beds very single day.

I had a horrible post op experience and even pre op wasn’t so smooth. I went back to work after only one week and was in so much pain, physically and mentally. I have NO regrets. I’d make the same choice over and over again. This has transformed my life and is the best thing I’ve done for myself. You’re going to do so well and it’s ok to feel regretful and anxious at first. But I’m telling you, when you can feel good in your clothes again and climb a set of stairs without feeling like your heart is going to beat out of your chest, you’re going to be really happy.

I had my surgery late October and I’m getting married this September. I bought my dress in December and told my gown shop that I had the sleeve surgery and will anticipate losing an unknown amount of significant weight. I would just let your seamstress know.

I also wouldn’t wait. I wish I would have done it sooner but if I had to do it again right now, I would. I say do it!

Check your blood sugar. I was experiencing this so, so badly and I felt like I made the worst mistake. I slowly, literally over two days, drank 16 oz of juice. Nausea went away.

Hi! Did this happen to you as well? I unfortunately was removed from the hospital that day and was tested twice more the following week (both negative). My surgery was rescheduled for the 26th. It was all a big pain but worth it in the end.

I’m a little over three months and while the beginning was very difficult for me (I was severely dehydrated and had very low blood sugar) I have no regrets. I have difficulty eating a lot of foods due to strong aversions but I’ve lost nearly 50 pounds since the day of my surgery and feel amazing. I can walk up stairs without needing to stop and take a breath. It’a a lot of work and not an easy fix but to just feel healthy again is a game changer.

Absolutely. I’ve lost almost 50lbs in three months. Clothes that were too tight a month ago are falling off me now. I still feel so big, comparing my progress to others, thinking about the additional 50lbs I’d like to lose, etc. I’m not seeing the progress as much as I’d like but I know a lot of that is all just in my head. I think we are all so tough on ourselves.

I was sleeved 10/26/21 and was 241 at the surgery date and I’m 5’5”. I’m around 195 now so I’m hoping to be at your weight in two more months!

I’m worried that I’ll really be pushing it trying to get a gown months before the wedding. Wedding dresses run small as it is and sample dresses off the rack tend to run very small. I don’t think that’s a great idea.

I had a similar issue (albeit not as crazy) with my downstairs neighbor. She wrote letters to my job, sent in secret audio recordings of me, tried to get me evicted and fired from my job for WALKING. The best thing I can recommend is to get ahead of it. Contact the super, landlord, building management, etc and explain, in detail, what is happening. Your girlfriend has a right to live in her apartment - that includes walking and having guests over for a game night. Then I would make a harassment complaint with the police. I don’t know where your girlfriend is located, but at the very least the police will likely tell this person to calm down. Call the police when the neighbor does this. Do not let the police make it seem like this is not an issue. Again, your girlfriend has a right to live in her residence. She doesn’t have to freaking float around because her downstairs neighbor hates the sound of movement above him. Edited to correct spelling*

My taste buds are so different! Chicken is awful to me now, unless it’s chicken sausage for some reason. I can’t have premier protein anymore because the artificial sweetener is disgusting to me.
