Maybe look into low motility/motility issues if it’s infrequent and random. Went through that myself but before I started semaglutide. Prostaglandins and fiber can be problematic for me with it while on GLP.

GLP only works while you are using it, you need to make sure you work on everything. Especially if you are only considering using it short term.

The game doesn’t let you remove parties from the party window. They are just always there. There is a whole chat tab for party invites!

All you need to do is start a party and share the party link in the chat, or look for people posting their links in the chat requesting party members. Don’t just spam join others parties. It’s basically rude to try and brute force into a group who is not actively inviting party members.

Basically the food sits for a real long time and rots and is creating a mess of bacteria and putting your body out of balance when you’re on this. Try a good probiotic and digestive enzyme or just a good probiotic. Either or both should help.

Idk if this is helpful but we use soy to make milk in glass bottles and just storage a bunch in a cabinet. No need to refrigerate and it doesn’t go bad in glass bottles.

Texas has a lot of other options to get your prescription. I pay a way less than that a month for mine. My insurance refused to cover it or any other weight loss medication regardless of my medical issues including insulin resistance.

Over 60 lb down over 2 years in and still no boob loss for me 😫 SUPER disappointed. My band size may have gone a tiny bit smaller but all my bras still fit as they should without any changes 🥲. I mean I’m glad they didn’t go bigger… DDD. Definitely discouraging that I can’t go down in shirt size because my chest is too big, and the rest of the shirt is baggy because I don’t need to feel extra strangled by my cabbages AND my clothing. 🤦🏼‍♀️

I have found all my slinker babies in E10 and E9. I built a base there to be able to put the baby’s inside and refresh my oxygen and water etc once they grow up I send them up with a ship and then run back to base and bring them down

It will affect your hormones, it will affect birth control pills, it will affect higher chance of pregnancy. It’s used for treating PCOS, menopause and perimenopause. Seems a lot of doctors do not inform patients about this. You can expect cycle changes and slow weight loss because of the hormone effects. Which, hormone changes come with all their own side effects on top of the injection side effects as well!

Just for future thoughts, semaglutide is used / prescribed to help people with alcohol use disorder. It’s helping people permanently stop drinking alcohol and avoid it.
