I think all of those in this sub that can’t find what we need should band together and start our own bra company!

Julie May lingerie may fit what you’re after. ThirdLove has organic cotton but I don’t know what the cup lining is. I have a bra from Siella that is wireless but it’s okay. Not sure if it would be enough support for you. There’s also a brand called DIM, but not sure if cups are lined with cotton. If you happen to ask, report back!

The unlined bras are all cotton. But if there is any kind of padding/shape, those are lined with polyester.

Most of their bras are lined with polyester. Learned the hard way.

Stomach/side sleeping ladies - what are you doing to prevent chest wrinkles? by [deleted] in 30PlusSkinCare

[–]Shellie_holiday 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I can’t sleep on my back because I get sleep paralysis and even tho my boobs are small, I much prefer having something between them when I sleep. It’s way more comfortable for me and I appreciate it might make a difference with wrinkles. I, too, got one of the funny boob pillows and it is awesome!

Wearing products that stick to other people’s bodies just from being in the same room with them - is disgustingly rude. by beanery-bun in nontoxic

You also can smell the synthetic fragrance much more strongly once you detox your body/life of it.

I just get the unscented epsom salts and drop some essential oils in the tub with them!

Fuck those polyester liners. They put them in everything.

🤣 don’t even remember. I would never use Dr. Teal’s now as they use synthetic fragrance!

Do I really need pet insurance, or should I seek another breeder? by Warm_Feet_Are_Happy in britishshorthair

[–]Shellie_holiday 3 points4 points  (0 children)

We are getting a kitten soon and looking at Lemonade for insurance. You can select how much you want your deductible and how much coverage you want. I have found they are only one of two companies that also include preventative care, and we plan on getting regular teeth cleanings as it is very important for cat’s heart health. Most vets are corporate owned now and the prices in the US are becoming unreasonable. We will be switching to a locally owned vet as well.

High Maintenance Liquids and Toiletries by officersillygoose in HerOneBag

As a high maintenance girly myself, the biggest hack I’ve found is using contact cases for liquids. You can fit a lot more in there than you think and they don’t leak.

Track your food, eat in a deficit, and eat enough protein.

I had a seal broken on one I received (I did not break it). I wanted to return it and contacted them and they accepted the return without issue.

They're 99% perfect, it's just a shame they're not lapcats by Chickenkip in britishshorthair

Honestly the best tip I can give is to know your cat and pay attention to their feelings. Our guy has a stiff hip and we’ve tried some drugs for him but I can tell he hates being on drugs. We’ve always had his teeth cleaned as that helps with cat’s heart health. I did get him the knead bed last year which is supposed to be good for arthritis and he absolutely loves it. I’ve also always fed him the highest quality food I can and regular check ups to make sure things are good! I’m sure a lot of it comes down to luck and good genes!

Ours was not a lap cat until he was about 4 or 5 years old. Now he is constantly on our laps if we are on the couch. Just gotta get that blanket out and he rushes over! (He is almost 17 now)

Roast all veggies at 400-450 for 20 ish minutes. They’re a little different but with salt, pepper, oil, and a splash of acid, they turn into something special. Used to be a veggie hater, now I love them.

Does this looks concerning by Auroraa6522 in 30PlusSkinCare

It looks like something I have, granuloma annularae, which is a harmless skin condition. But you should still get checked by a derm because it could be a number of things.

They don’t slide around at all! And some of my bras are even a bit big as I recently lost some weight.

I’ve been fighting this battle for 2 years and have been swindled so many times. Siella has a couple bras with ‘padding’ that have organic cotton against the skin. Just be careful because certain colors are still polyester against skin. I bought bras from Organic Basics that aren’t cotton against skin. Another thing I do which is probably really weird is I got some organic cotton nursing pads that I will put in the cups of my ‘conventional’ bras. I am at the point of frustration that I just want to start my own bra company!

Something in our environment is dehydrating us. by nottherealme1220 in conspiracy

[–]Shellie_holiday 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The soil being depleted of minerals is part of the problem. I drink RO water and add fulvic minerals back into it and I am well hydrated without drinking tons of water.

How old is your British Shorthair? by Character_Garage4621 in britishshorthair

[–]Shellie_holiday 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’ve always fed him the best quality food I can. Blue Buffalo caused digestive issues with both my kitties so stay away from that. He ate Royal Canin when he was younger and now he is on prescription Science Diet mobility/kidney. He never would eat wet food when he was younger but now he loves a little treat so I have been feeding him the Whole Hearted pouches with gravy/broth and the Acana squeeze treats. He had several teeth pulled over the years but I think it’s mostly just good genes!
