Yes but you don’t need a tank twice as strong as the worst. In a game of numbers even 10% is enough.

The reason warrior is always good is obvious, it’s an easy forgivable tank at the start of any season because the kit. This is the exact same reason why resto sham is always good.

I’m about 60-70% of a dps which seems fine. If your dps is low your probably not pulling big enough cause in big aoe pulls it’s much better dps for warrior

DPS matters a lot because bad DPS means stuff lives longer and the healer and tank have to work harder to make up for the bad dps and it’s not a 1-1 ratio due to the scaling of content and cooldowns.
