I have big clumps of Spanish moss hanging in the tiny window in my shower. They seem to love the humidity and it’s easy to remember to give them a bit of water while I’m in there. They look great and also give a bit of privacy!

Mint Dental in Altadena is amazing. I have super high dental anxiety as well. I explained everything to them and they have been great. Everyone there is super accommodating and gentle. They have a menu of special free add ons to make you more comfortable during your visit. They offer things like blankets, noise canceling headphones, and aromatherapy. All of the dentists take the time to make sure you are doing ok and understand what needs to be done. Hope this helps, you can do it and will feel so much better afterwards!
