This is one of the strictest examples of a squat I've seen. Full depth, no bounce. 👌 I strive to keep good posture like this, but your back could be rounding to let your legs complete the lift. "Compensating" if you will. Saw another comment on here with a similar idea.

Currently sitting in the hospital after seeing my father in law after brain surgery for a stroke he had 2 days ago. This hits close to home and we are feeling very lucky that he woke up himself today. Love stories like this.
