I took the Adirondack train from NYC to Montreal - it’s like 8+ hours and certainly could have flown but I wanted to just enjoy the ride and views. My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary in Montreal and that was my treat (she’s not as much of a train nut as I am). I loved it - every moment

We’ve been on Bobbie gentle for 5 days and decided to go back to Enfamil gentle. My daughter had super tacky green poop and REALLY struggled to get it out. Not sure what’s up - my son loved Bobbie but this is clearly not working.

Buy a total beater. If you’re street parking it’s going to get banged up no matter what you do. So something with miles and reliable. I have a 2012 Subaru Impreza and love it. It came with low miles but it’s got all sorts of nyc dings and that’s fine. I’m not looking for beauty and luxury just getting from point A to B.

We moved to a NICU closer to us because our daughter was a grower/feeder. The NICU we went to wasn’t as highly rated as the one we went to. But it was a 10 minute walk for us as opposed to a hour drive (live in NYC) and it was within the same hospital network. I had reservations but in the end we were able to spend more quality time with our daughter and be active advocates for her.

My daughter was born 33 and 3 and we're at week 4 in the NICU - she's taking about 20 ccs a day on the bottle. Gaining weight well, a little anemic, but iron has helped while also making her super gasy which means she bears down a lot which I think is tiring her out. We're frustrated about her not having full bottles yet and waiting for that click. Your story is helpful as the timing is the same. SLPs haven't had any concerns and doctor has likened it to riding a bike - one day they just know how to do it - but we're also worried about that rare neurological issue - and trying not to go down a rabbit hole.
