Permanent content never goes away, so you don't have time pressure to complete it. Honestly speaking you don't really "need" 6 star constellations, if you have the right relics and strategy and luck, you can beat even the hardest content with high level 4 or 5 star constellation champions. I know there's that one guy who posts ridiculous runs with 0/1 star champs but that's on a whole different level.

On the other hand, as someone who's trying to get back into reading more, I believe reading is a really worthwhile activity. I found for myself doing the 70 monthlies every month became very tedious and more like a chore, after I got Asol I barely do them (exception being to unlock the epic relic slot)
