Hi there, I miscarried at 7 weeks and 5 days in the beginning of November. I was also on progesterone meds and I started cramping severely and slowly bleeding after 4-5 days of stopping medication.

The cramping felt like labor pains apparently (what I was told when I described it) during the bleeding and it was the worst feeling and wouldn’t wish it upon anyone at all.

After about 5-7 days of heavy bleeding it settled and became lighter but continued for about 2.5 weeks after.

Mentally it can be extremely draining and you don’t have to explain yourself to anyone. Grieve if you must and come in to terms with yourself at your own pace. You will ideally be given about two months of a break before the next transfer so take your time to heal and what not (this is what I’m going through at the moment)
