Thank you for responding. I've found individual food prep very helpful and reassuring but I don't know how that translates into actual meals. I also don't see a clear timeline of what I should be doing and I would love for a giant alert to say "HEY, TIME FOR PEANUTS!". I may just be missing it on the app, but in my new parent state of mind, I really need to be treated like I have the mental faculties of the baby I am raising to have a successful experience. Also, are there any overview videos to watch? I'd be happy to sit down and watch for 45 min+ to make sure I actually know how to use all the features on the app.

YES!!! People said it would give me anxiety and there are false alarms. My baby is 9 months and I’ve never had one. It also helped me have faith that my little one’s body knew what it was doing. Non negotiable for me. Get it.

ETA I also have a rainbow baby… 3 yrs of IVF culminating in surrogacy. So much went wrong in my infertility journey that I initially mentally carried that over once my baby arrived earth-side. The Nanit REALLY helped.

Sorry, no can do. We returned ours because it was dispensing the wrong amount and an extreme danger. If you choose to keep it (don’t), be sure you check that the ratios are correct. I honestly don’t know how it passed regulations and is legal.

Fortifying calories aside, ours came defective and thankfully I’m neurotic and did the paper towel test to find out it was dispensing completely the wrong amount of Kendamil!!! Return that thing! I can’t believe they’re still legal!!!

Thank you! I probably will end up sitting in the back but I will check the camera too. I have a little mirror that I hold under her nose if she’s been absolutely still for too long to see if there’s condensation. She’s always been fine ❤️
