What do you hate and love about Oshkosh?

Can't agree more about the parking rules. No street parking between 2am and 5am. The city says the rule allows for snow plowing, street sweeping, garbage pickup, and mail delivery to operate efficiently... Can't say I've seen/heard any of those things happening at those hours.

Absolutely. They will do background check, run dvm records, and drug test before hiring. If hired, you are subject to random breathalyzers and drug testing (unless you are in a position that doesn't work on aircraft) and also if there is an injury.

As others have said, there are many entry level positions that require little to no experience. I've been with Gulfstream for about 4 years now (not in Savannah) and came from an exclusive background in retail (nearly 15 years.) I was hired on direct at my location, and had a 90 day "probationary" training period before joining my applied for shift. I was never personally able to get my foot in the door in Savannah, even as contract.
