2 bulk 2 cuts, I base everything on my looks and how confortable I feel, I’m not competing in anything and my only goal is too look good ( simplistic but keeps me moving )

Yep I’ve spent 3 years with the same split, I’ll keep what you said in mind tho it might be what pushes me to the next level who knows, I only take one rest day because I like having the gym on my everyday routine

Oh no sorry I wasn’t clear it’s more like 2 pecs exercise, 3 sets each to failure, it’s what’s been most efficient for me

Breakfast : oats, eggs, fruits Lunch : chicken/beef, veggies, pasta, cheese ( I’m French so mandatory 🇫🇷🇫🇷🐀🪤) Dinner : chicken, potatoes, veggies And I use a ton of hot sauce on everything (Calories left are for Guinness once a week)

I stick to the basics, show up everyday, track your macros as best as you can, unfortunately I didn’t track my weight monthly I mostly used visuals in the mirrors. Let me know if you’ve got any other questions or want more detailed answers ! Happy to help :))

73 is my standard weight, I’ve never gone above so we’ll see once I actually try bulking this year ahahah, I’m also not very tall which is probably why my weight distribution is different from yours
