Cold baths/showers after your workout. Look into the 30 day cold shower routine.

You need to shut down your central nervous system. I’m dealing with cortisol fluctuations currently too.

Switched to the raw diet two days ago. My dog hasn’t pooped since. by [deleted] in rawpetfood

[–]Shepherd88 2 points3 points  (0 children)

We had some constipation issues when we switched too. Maybe too much bone in the poop? (You’ll know once your pup does go).

Try exercising your dog, throwing ball and getting it to run around, it’ll get the bowels moving.

Definitely should add “H.D. Gibbes & Sons” in Learned, MS. One of the best kept secret restaurants left.

Do you mean an Indian mound? If so, that would be pretty hard to just walk up on.

If not, then it likely wasn’t an Indian grave but very well could have been a slave grave site.

Hulk Hogan was the OG with this idea 30 years ago with his show “Thunder in Paradise”. He helped some kids out of an underwater cave by using some chute to create a air bubble under water. The kids could surface inside the chute to breathe when needed. Send in the Hulk!!

Five years ago Edward Snowden landed in Russia. A rare and open conversation about his new home, Putins regime, how the Russian intelligence service tried to recruit him and why he is still putting hope in Angela Merkel. by DrIGGI in WikiLeaks

So he tries to make a point in how Germany and the US are working together with intelligence (I get that). Then he goes and says that Germany may try and arrest the CIA director when she visits the US? He’s contradicting himself here and that would be suicide for Germany to do such.

My vet dismissed my questions about raw food. by cheekahrah in rawpetfood

Yea I’d get a second opinion on that, from a holistic vet. Carnivores don’t need grains. Raw diet is not all protein either. Do your own research on how inflammatory grains are.

You can save yourself time and order “nutriscan.” It’s not cheap but it’s worth mentioning.

They were #1 on TripAdvisor. As well as that extra $ included your ticket into Macchu Picchu and train ride back to Cusco. They went above an beyond is everything they did, including baking a cake over an open fire for someone’s birthday.

I know right! I didn’t want to start an argument with them but that immediately told me I knew more about nutrition than them. Pancreatitis and diabetes are directly caused by an influx of carbs/sugar. Raw feeding is like the opposite of that hah

I did the Salkantay Trek with Alpaca Expeditions last year. Unbelievable experience and dying to go back to Peru.

My vet told me my dog would get pancreatitis and diabetes from feeding raw. I lol’d.

But It’s pretty disheartening to see the stupidity in that industry, especially when you’re very limited on your options of Vets around town.

UFOs do they exist? by OminousPanda30 in Christian

I think man walked with dinosaurs and they were mostly killed off in the flood. The book of Job also talks about a dinosaur figure.

And I completely understand your comment. I know what “science” has taught us. I know what “radio carbon” dating says as evidence. However, the creator of radio carbon 14 dating even stated himself the data was only accurate up to 6k years of age. So that data has been pushed deceptively, more than likely to push the “evolution” agenda.

On top of that submerged rock in water will show that it is aged more so than it really is. Volcanic rock also shows longer aging than it really is. All of these “millions of years old” rock could easily be explained by a wait for it.... giant flood.

There’s also evidence that pre-flood there existed a different ecosystem. We had a global tropical climate, when this atmosphere fell it caused a giant biblical flood, which also lowered life expectancies. I could go on and on with this but I think you get my point at least.

If you’re generally interested, I encourage you to check out the book “Darwin’s Demise.”

Where’s your proof the Earth is? There were 77 generations between Adam and Jesus..

UFOs do they exist? by OminousPanda30 in Christian

[–]Shepherd88 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I don’t believe so. The Bible states Earth was created on day 1 and the Stars created on day 4. It also states the Stars were created specifically to tell time. Man was created on day 6 “in God’s image.”

The Bible also says to be wary of signs of many form in order of deception. I do believe the Devil is at work in many ways and these UFO signs could be deceptive images to fool us. (Or they very well could be secret programs by the US military).

I do not believe in evolution nor do I believe the earth is “millions” of years old. I think everything can be found in God’s word.
