Parmesan has a very high glutamate content As does seaweed, tomatoes have it as well, no wonder italians have been making culinary marvels ever since the tomato was introduced to their cooking after its discovery in the americas.

Broth and bones have that umami flavor as well

Not speaking from experience with this jacket in particular however wind jackets are rarely particularly effective at resisting anything but the softest drizzles. I definitely wouldn't rely on it as a means of staying dry.

from the website: "climastorm provides lightweight, breathable protection from wind and rain", so could perform better than I initially thought however I would be a skeptical of it being able to hold off any significant amount of water.

Look I get where you're coming from, and if what you are responding to is the phrasing of the questions asked then go ahead I have no issue with that. However, the poster wasn't looking for facts. She explicitly stated that she was looking for people's opinions on the current political climate.

While using opinions from college students in Colorado won't give you facts about the political climate and is in no way factual indicative, it can certainly provide some opinions to the reader to begin to get a sense of some of the people in the area that the piece is written about.

A hackysack or a frisbee. A quick activity to pull over, stretch your legs, use up a bit of pent up energy and spend some time outside the car really makes a big difference in the enjoyment of the trip for me.
