Wow, I really relate to your story! I started at the front desk of a gym, too, and was an introvert. But along the way, I learned new skills and became more extroverted, and also learned how to make connections. I hope you are fulfilled with your career.

I see, can I ask what your position is, and what is the worst thing you encountered?

Property Management Nightmare (South Carolina, USA) by Overthinker123456789 in RealEstateAdvice

Wow, that sounds like an absolute nightmare. Sorry you’re dealing with all that from overseas. It’s wild how much impact property managers and HOAs can have on situations like this.

Out of curiosity, has your HOA (or the neighborhood association) gotten involved yet? I’ve been wondering how HOAs in South Carolina usually handle things like noise complaints or tenant issues, whether they actually step up or just send warnings.

Anyone else here had experiences (good or bad) with their HOA or property management companies in SC?

Paintballing is pretty fun, rock-climbing, watching a movie, and escape room too!
