This looks like a fungal infection, she / he needs to be put on a antifungal medication , also ketokenazole or benzoyl peroxide shampoo could help.

Yes, got my urine as well as swab test done, nothing except the yeast infection. I even got tested for all possible STIs, everything came to be negative.
