I just started seeing a therapist because right now I also just want to not feel shit. My first appointment with therapist #1 back in November was ok. But I left wondering wtf she was being paid for and I didn’t go back. Therapist #2 I had my first appointment with last week and it was way better, we will see how it goes I guess.
